Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and unused. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at courtneysccreations7@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 572 Piney Rd, Marble, NC 28905

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If you are wanting a replacement item, please allow proper time for me to replace your item. For epoxy items, please allow 14-21 business days for me to recreate your item. For sublimation or freshies, please allow 7-14 business days.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

In the event damage is done due to customer neglect, Courtney's Crafty Creations is not responsible or liable to fix the issue. Customer neglect is going against care instructions that are provided with every item which includes: placing tumblers in dishwasher or soaking in hot water over long period of time; dropping, throwing, running over with a vehicle done to the tumbler; keeping freshie hung up in a car that reaches temps over 110 degrees

What we can do is offer to fix your product for a fee. Fee will be assessed on an individual basis, and will depend on damages done. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. Custom products cannot be returned due to the seller being in full contact with the purchaser during the entire creative process, ensuring the purchaser is happy with all aspects of design. I remain in complete contact the entire process! Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

No exchanges will be made.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
